**Job Summary**

The Site Engineer for Commercial Interior Fit-Outs will supervise on-site activities, ensuring the project is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role involves close coordination with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver a seamless project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Supervision**:

- Oversee daily site activities to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules.
- Ensure that all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage labor, equipment, and material allocation on-site.
- Track material usage and report shortages or excesses to the Project Manager.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect ongoing work to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Identify and address defects or deviations from the design.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct safety briefings and regular inspections to mitigate risks.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Document on-site changes and assist in updating project records.

**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out construction techniques and materials.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with site management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out site supervision.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Pay: From ₹610,030.36 per year
