- After Sales Activity a. Attend complaint during warranty periods and after warranty periods b. Coordinate with OEM for complaint solution to the satisfactory level of the client.
- Record of all supplied charger’s data, supply date, commissioning dates, warranty period, breakdown history, complaint monitoring,
- Preparation of various data for management review.
- Should have good knowledge of Electrical HV and LV Systems operations, Installation, Testing and Commissioning.

**Desired profile of**
- Good Knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office)
- Good Communication. Shall able to explain / justify/ Training of

Electrical installation to the client.
