Role & responsibilities

  • Must have hands-on practical experience in the installation and commissioning of electro-mechanical machines.
  • Should have solid experience in electrical wiring and connection of PLC, HMI, VFD, temperature controllers, switchgears, sensors, motors, actuators, heaters, and other electrical/electronic components, along with their maintenance.
  • Must be able to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and diagnose electrical faults efficiently.
  • Should possess basic computer skills to coordinate with the senior engineering team via TeamViewer or AnyDesk, and to prepare and send site installation reports through email.
  • Should be capable of managing site installation activities, coordinating with clients, and communicating effectively in Hindi and English.
  • Candidates with experience in process equipment and project-based manufacturing industries will be preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel and stay at client sites across India for installation and commissioning work.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Knowledge of PLC, HMI, and automation systems is essential.
  • Control panel wiring and troubleshooting experience will be an added advantage.
  • Should possess strong interpersonal and team management skills, with a willingness to learn new PLC and automation technologies.
  • Must demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to resolving technical issues.
