Job Summary

We are a leading manufacturer of CNC machinery for steel structure fabrication. We are currently seeking a Service Engineer to support our customers through machine installation, training, maintenance, and after-sales service. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electrical diagrams and computer systems, with a willingness to travel and learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of CNC machinery at customer sites.
  • Read and interpret basic diagrams and troubleshoot issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and service visits as scheduled.
  • Provide technical support to customers remotely or on-site.
  • Train customers on machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain service records and prepare service reports.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and production teams for issue resolution.
  • Travel to customer sites domestically and occasionally internationally, if required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
  • Basic understanding of electrical circuits, PLCs, sensors, and control systems.
  • Familiar with computer systems, including Windows OS and basic software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with CNC machines or industrial automation is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • English (Minimum intermediate level)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
