Job Description – Service EngineerLocation: PuneExperience Required: 0–2 Years (Industrial products, machinery, or capital equipment preferred)Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, ENTC)Department: PACE Reporting To: Service Manager Role Purpose To ensure timely installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial sorting machines at customer sites to achieve maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, servicing, and preventive maintenance of sorting machines (Cashew, Plastic, Rice, and Tea). • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly at site. • Train machine operators and maintenance staff at customer locations. • Prepare service reports and update call closure details. • Follow company safety rules and site safety standards. • Coordinate with service coordinator and spares team for required parts. • Escalate repeated or complex issues to technical support or R&D; team. • Build strong customer relationships through professional service support. Key Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel Pan India • Good communication and customer-handling skills • Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation (preferred) • Self-motivated and able to work independently in the fieldJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹250, ₹350,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid sick timeEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Color Sorter or relevant equipment Industry: 1 year (Required)Willingness to travel:50% (Preferred)Work Location: In person
