**Account Executive**

**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month

The Account Executive will be responsible for day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy in financial records and compliance with legal requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle general accounting functions, including posting all types of vouchers (e.g., journal, payment, receipt, and purchase).
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and accounting records.
- Manage payment releases promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and verify bills for submission and filing.

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:

- Demonstrate time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Maintain quality standards in work and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Manage administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Facilitate internal communication across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Showcase stress management skills and maintain self-motivation in challenging scenarios.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office**, particularly Excel and Word.
- Foundational knowledge of accounts and taxation.

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Advanced understanding of taxation and related laws.

**Educational Qualification**:

- **BBA** or **MBA** in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
