Account Executive
**Location**: Karve Nagar, Pune
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 Year

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor daily fund flow and maintain transaction records.
- Reconcile receivable and payable accounts and ensure accuracy in ledgers.
- Prepare reports, financial statements, and provide periodic updates to management.
- Handle banking-related tasks and liaise with banks and financial institutions (NBFCs).
- Ensure timely filing of GST and TDS returns, and update the team on taxation rule changes.
- Finalize accounts and assist during internal and external audits.
- Ensure legal compliance related to ROC filings and Company Law.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors for resolving financial queries.
- Maintain documentation including vouchers, invoices, payment records, etc.

**Required Skills**:

- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies effectively.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
