**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calls, leads, and referrals to promote insurance and financial products.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver persuasive pitches to explain product benefits and features tailored to individual customer needs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively source and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Collaborate with the team to execute innovative marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and product sales.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to engage with customers confidently and build rapport.
- **Result-Oriented Mindset**: Driven to meet sales targets and earn incentives.
- **Basic Tech Skills**: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- **Positive Attitude**: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
