Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive at Lead Height Company, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Identifying potential clients and generating new leads through research, networking, and other strategies.

Understanding client needs and offering suitable products/services to meet those needs.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiating terms and finalizing sales agreements with clients.

Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Providing regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the sales manager.

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for achieving targets.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Compensation:
Base salary: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month.
