**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program for the company.
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
- Do risk assessment on behalf of the company in various agreements
- Negotiate agreements with clients on various clauses on behalf and in benefit of the company
- Ensuring legal compliance and renewals of all agreements
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
- Liaison with various departments from compliance front on behalf of the company
- Vetting legal agreements and liaising with legal officers to track, assess, and proofread all company & external insurances.
- Doing amendments and drafting notices or other legal agreements and documents
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with ESI and OF departments
- Attending to and responding to any audits and audit request.

**Skill Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and intricate thinking
- Excellent Legal Drafting skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience and know-how in handling insurances
- Experience in dealing with international customers

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
