This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to **learn about Tanzanian tax laws, compliance practices, and regulatory frameworks** while gaining hands-on experience with multi-entity operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal audits across various departments and client companies.
- Identify areas of risk and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve audit findings and improve operational practices.
- Communicate clearly in English both in reports and during discussions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of internal audit experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CIA is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk assessment, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
