**Role Overview**:
The Hospital Administration Coordinator at Eye Mantra Hospital plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of administrative functions. Responsible for overseeing staff welfare, managing cleaning staff and sanitation protocols, coordinating with vendors, and performing day-to-day operations, this position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.
**Responsibilities**:
**Staff Welfare**:
Provide support and assistance to all hospital staff, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.
Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, and leave requests to ensure optimal coverage.
Implement initiatives to enhance staff well-being and morale.
**Cleaning Staff Management**:
Supervise cleaning staff to maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hospital premises.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation protocols and safety regulations.
Address any issues or deficiencies in cleaning services promptly and effectively.
**Vendor Coordination**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors providing facility-related services.
Coordinate with vendors to address complaints, maintenance requests, and other facility issues promptly.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
**Day-to-Day Operations**:
Utilize own two-wheeler for nearby operations such as delivering documents, coordinating with nearby vendors, and conducting on-site inspections.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient utilization of resources.
**Administrative Support**:
Assist with administrative tasks including record-keeping, inventory management, and correspondence as needed.
Prepare reports and presentations on hospital administration activities for management review.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in hospital administration, facility management, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is desirable.
Must possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler for day-to-day operations.
