Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for IT hardware products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT hardware solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product presentations.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for order processing and fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with product knowledge of latest IT hardware and technology trends.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware products (Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Networking Devices, Storage Solutions).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and suggest the best-fit solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho CRM/Salesforce preferred).
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in inside sales (IT hardware domain).
- Must be currently residing in Pune
- Immediate joiners
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
