Process Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- **Process Oversight & Management**:Monitor daily operations, ensure procedures are followed, and align actions with process requirements.
- **Process Improvement**:Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**:Serve as a point of contact between departments to foster collaboration, ensure effective communication, and resolve issues.
- **Issue Resolution & Escalation**:Address problems that arise with procedures, tools, or personnel, escalating significant issues to process owners.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:Maintain detailed records of processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and prepare reports on process performance and improvements for management.
- **Data Analysis**:Utilize data and feedback to refine processes, set performance targets, and track key operation standards.
- **Training & Support**:Assist in training and supporting team members on new procedures or software systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Analytical Skills**:To monitor processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions.
- **Communication & Interpersonal Skills**:To coordinate with diverse teams, stakeholders, and other departments effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**:To ensure accuracy in documentation, data tracking, and process adherence.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:To address issues that arise within the processes and find practical resolutions.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and potentially process mapping or project management tools.
