Executive - Customer Success

Clear understanding of content marketing, internal processes, and a variety of content marketing products/solutions.
- Build relationships with the digital and content teams in key accounts and agencies to build content solutions to clients.
- Develop relationships with clients and partners to advance individual opportunities and client relationships
- Work closely with other departments including Editorial Strategy, Product Management, & Content Creation to maximize opportunities and productivity for the Team.
- Monitor and track client concerns, questions, and solution customization requests.
- Handle end to end content publishing and monitor client website via CMS platforms.
- Keep a track of content deliverables on a daily basis on the accounts to ensure a strong bank of content pieces for publishing.
- Closely monitor the client websites for any discrepancies and ensure a fix by working with relevant teams.
- Responsible for content maintenance on the website.
- Responsible for optimum consumption of revenue by ensuring accurate deliveries on the account.
- Maintaining revenue delivery & MIS reports each month for accurate revenue mapping across segments.
- Working closely with the content team to overlook the creation of monthly content calendars and ensuring timely approvals from the client to Handling social media pages by posting content regularly.
**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
