Tender Executive- with Experience of 3+ Years

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree/Diploma in a Technical Discipline.
- Familiar with Tendering Process and with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Familiar with techno-commercial bids & tenders in Medical/ Industrial Division.
- Responsible for Preparing Pan India tender documentation, coordinating with dealers as well as concerned government or tender department for a particular tender for the Medical / Industrial division.
- Vendor Registration on e portals, and uploading catalogues, specification onf GeM Portal.
- To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
- To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission.
- To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission;
- To coordinate with tender information service provider websites.
- To filtering tenders for participation.
- Responsible to forward inquiries coming from end-user to dealers and follow up with dealer till the final result is achieved.
- Coordinate with govt. officials and dealers regarding tender updates.
- To handle demonstration with technical team and to reply any queries raised by Tendering authorities to win the tender.
- Keeping track and maintaining records of purchase orders and performance certificate of the machine installed.
- Prepare authorization letter for dealers to participate in the tender.
- On receipt of NOA/Purchase Order, coordinate for bank guarantee (with bank clauses, their sections and requirement of stamp duty for executing BG as per requirement of order, agreement/contract, PDI, insurance and all required documents to execute the order and co-ordinate with respective technical/production/account departments to complete the same.
- To look forwards to the Technical part of the website, the browser and digital signature certificate (Renewal of DSC also).
- Follow-up for the payment/ EMD paid through BG, DD, FD online funds transfer.
- Responsible for ERP Entries regarding Tender.
- Follow-up for service report/ Installation Report / performance report.
- For all other responsibilities, given by management as & when required.
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
