**Job Role**: Service Relation Assistant/ Trainee

**Job Location**: Noida, U.P

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Is responsible for his /her allocated workstation.
- Give complete and clear information with the ticket about the Audi no. and floor etc.
- Maintain neat, tidy, well organized, well stocked items for operation.
- Handle special request e.g. Refund, enquiry pleasantly and courteously.
- Prepare the counter well before entry and intervals for maximum efficiency.
- Tries to upgrade the sale, sell combos, special promotion.
- Is always visible and available to assist customer needs.
- Help customer even when customer has not directly approached him, comes up with new ideas that help improve profits or customer service.
- Maintain high level of grooming standard.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
