As an IT Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and building strong relationships with clients. Other: The training period for this job will be 6 months. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. - Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations. - Engage with clients to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. - Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge. - Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotions. - Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. - Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, IT, or related field. - Strong interest in technology and sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
