
Call Centre Executive

Call Centre Executive will be responsible for handling outbound customer calls to resolve inquiries, complaints, provide information and conduct follow-up calls. They should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask. Some employers may prefer prior experience in customer service or a related field. Additionally, they should have good computer skills and be comfortable with using different software and databases. The job may include some sales or upselling responsibilities.
