They should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask. Some employers may prefer prior experience in customer service or a related field. Additionally, they should have good computer skills and be comfortable with using different software and databases. The job may include some sales or upselling responsibilities.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
