This role leads a small team to focus on building the campus talent pipeline for our organization to help us compete to win in this new Microsoft Era and has the mandate of hiring the best talent in universities.

**Responsibilities**:
**Stakeholder/Client Engagement**
- Campus Engagement - Develop and implement campus engagement strategy which serves to tell the Microsoft Story on Campus; Execute engaging company presentations and other targeted activities that drive interest in Microsoft MBA, and Undergraduate opportunities across different business entities.
- Interprets client’s business and requirements to drive a staffing process to promote an optimal internal and external talent mix.
- Executes a hiring plan within aligned business groups. Balances multiple timeframes and expectations for budget, scope, and time.
- Relationship Management - Develop visibility and build relationships with key university stakeholders to successful implement campus engagement strategy. Build Internal partnership with business representatives to enable story telling ability on campus.
- Identifies differentiated and alternative types of talent (e.g., compete, diverse, non-traditional) that may not be typically considered, and provides recommendations to business area.

**Data Analysis & Hiring Plans**
- Reviews data and market research and consults with the business to recommend and implement a hiring plan that addresses both business demand and talent availability. Reviews and analyzes data to improve staffing performance.
- Leveraging external market insights and data to influence campus campaign decisions aligned to University Recruiting key metrics.
- Data Insight - sharing market insights with recruiting counterparts to enhance team’s ability to consult internally with the findings.
- Design and Manage Program based engagement with Talent for our Off
- Campus Programs / Deliveries

**Talent Sourcing**

**Operational Compliance & Excellence**
- Manage a team of CS and track their deliverables and responsibilities.
- Drive the Organisation D&I Goals with Innovative ideas and benchmark some of the best practices from the Market.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 3+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in delivering results through influencing indirect working groups with effective problem solving and analytical skills.
- Team player, highly responsive and customer focus orientated and strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to prioritize, contract effectively with clients and multi-task competing priorities/workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
