Are you a motivated and organized individual with **Customer Service experience in USA healthcare industry**? We’re looking for a **Dental Customer Service Agent** to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth front office operations while delivering exceptional support to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Virtually Greet and communicate with patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively
- Manage and reschedule appointments for the dental hygienist and dentists as needed
- Perform dental insurance eligibility verifications and assist with insurance-related queries
- Support front office operations and contribute to efficient patient flow
- Work on Patient Re-Activation for practice to ensure effective scheduling
- Working with Office Management team in US to ensure a smooth patient transition between teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a **dental office setting** (front desk, coordinator, or patient caller role preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with U.S. patients
- Knowledge of **dental insurance processes and eligibility checks**:

- Proficiency with **dental scheduling software** and RCM practices
- Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and work in a **fast-paced environment**:

- Experience working in a **U.S. healthcare/dental setup** is highly preferred

**Salary Range**: $350 - $400 (Paid in U.S. Dollars)
