**Summary**:The Personal Assistant is a crucial support role, entrusted with the responsibility of managing the personal and professional schedules of the Managing Director. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Medication Management**: Oversee and manage the MD's medications, ensuring timely refills, proper storage, and adherence to dosages.

**Daily Activities Coordination**: oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring the MD's routine is smooth and free from conflicts.

**Communication**: Act as a primary point of contact for the MD.

**Document Management**: Handle, sort, and organize personal and professional documents for the MD, maintaining strict confidentiality.

**Travel Arrangements**: Plan and coordinate travel, including ticketing, visa processing, transportation, and accommodation.

**Reminder Services**: Provide timely reminders for appointments, medication, and other crucial tasks.

**Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing and planning personal and professional events or meetings, ensuring they run smoothly.

**Miscellaneous Support**: Run errands, manage personal shopping, oversee household tasks, or any other support activities as required by the MD.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
