Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the event organizers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the Garden of Eden Exhibition, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Handle coordination of event setup
- Maintain records, including contracts, invoices, and other important documents.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media management and content creation.
- Conduct research as needed to support event planning and decision-making.
- Provide on-site support during the event, including managing schedules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience for exhibitors and attendees.
- Handle any other tasks or projects as assigned by the event organizers.
