Administrative Coordinator

**Calendar Management**:
- Coordinate and manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple schedules, ensuring effective time management and meeting deadlines.
**Meeting Coordination**:
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle logistics for internal and external meetings, including arranging venues and coordinating with participants.
**Communication Management**:
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
**Travel Coordination**:
- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring all travel plans align with the executive’s schedule.
- Prepare travel documents and expense reports.
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with project management, research, and data analysis as needed.
**Confidentiality**:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
**Office Management**:
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is maintained and ordering supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
