**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with channel partners to identify opportunities for renewal.
- Engage with customers regularly to ensure timely renewals and build strong relationships.
- Use strong communication and convincing skills to ensure maximum customer retention rates.
- Monitor and analyze renewal data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and preferences.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and renewal activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Renewal Manager in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Sound knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Soft-spoken with strong convincing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
