**SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure healthy inventory levels and forecasts, reflecting proper seasonality and promotions periods.
- Responsible for everything inventory related - Poor performing, top performing, low stock, expiry, vendor supply issues and etc.
- Enter purchase orders, receiving of goods and prepare selling/shipping functions documentations.
- Use your inquisitive and analytic mind to showcase opportunities for improvement at various levels.
- Other business needs as needed.

**SALARY**:
₹42,000 to ₹60,000 Per Month

**WORKING HOURS**:

- NIGHT SHIFT - 9pm to 6am Monday to Friday. Work from Home.
- You will be getting Canadian Holidays off as for this Job you will be logging into our systems.
- If an Indian Holiday falls on a Canadian working day, you will make up for that day on a Saturday.
- After year 1 you will receive 10 days of paid holidays. After year 2 you will receive 15 days of paid holidays.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- You cannot keep any day jobs or freelancing projects after accepting this job as this contract is for exclusive employment.
- **You must have a minimum 24” Monitor, updated hardware and software, wired high speed internet, not susceptible to power outages and a quiet working environment.**

**OUR SOFTWARE**:
We use the platform below for purchasing, order management, shipping, invoicing, and inventory management.

You must be able to extract data using REST API direct connection.

**You must have EXPERT level capabilities in**:
**1. Power BI**

**2. REST API**

**3. Pyhton**

**4. Excel VBA Macro Script Writing (Not Recording)**

You must also understand and know the various KPI’s which can be tracked and analyzed based on Ordertime data.

**TO GET AN INTERVIEW - INTERVIEW PROCESS**:
In order to get an interview, you need to show your capabilities with Ordertime, REST API, Phyton, Power BI and Excel VBA Macros.

1. Please sign up and download a trial version of Ordertime.

2. Create Data

3. Create Transactions

4. Connect Ordertime to Power BI using Ordertime API.

5. Create a Power BI Dashboard. (screen shots needed)

6. Must be able to Write VBA Macro scripts. (screen shots needed)

7. Must be able to scrap data from Ordertime using Ordertime API with Python. (screen shots needed)
