**Job Title: Startup Funding Coordinator (Government Grants)**

**Location**: Bengaluru | Full-Time | In-Office Preferred
**CTC**: ₹5-7 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
**Target**: Raise ₹1 Crore+ in Government Grants over 6-12 months

**About the Role**:
Genesis Realcap is hiring a qualified and results-driven **Startup Funding Coordinator (Government Grants)** to lead all non-dilutive fundraising efforts across **central and state startup schemes**. This is a **mission-critical role** focused on accessing public startup capital to support internal businesses and ventures within the Genesis ecosystem.

The role is **performance-based** and will be **confirmed after 3 months** upon raising a **minimum of ₹20 Lakhs through the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS)** - Up to ₹20-50 Lakhs
- **TIDE 2.0 Scheme** (by MeitY) - ₹10-15 Lakhs (Tech Startups)
- **MSME Idea Hackathon / Champion Scheme** - Up to ₹15 Lakhs
- **DST NIDHI PRAYAS & EIR** - ₹10-20 Lakhs
- **State Innovation Funds** (e.g., Karnataka Elevate) - ₹10-25 Lakhs
- **SIDBI Fund of Funds** - Participation through incubator networks
- Build relationships with **incubators, accelerators, DPIIT, SIDBI**, and state startup missions
- Prepare and submit project proposals, compliance documents, business plans, and utilization reports
- Monitor all deadlines and track grant disbursements and scheme updates
- Work with internal teams (finance, legal, founder) to align and report fundraising progress

**Performance Expectations**:

- **Probation Period: First 3 Months**:

- Must secure **₹20 Lakhs** through **Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS)** to qualify for permanent employment
- **First 12 Months**:

- Target total non-dilutive funding raised**:₹1 Crore or more** through various schemes
- **Next 2 Years**:

- Strategically tap into recurring and milestone-based government grants to support multiple Genesis Group companies
- **Experience**: 2-4 Years in Startup Incubators, Government Funding, or Non-Dilutive Fundraising
- In-depth knowledge of government policies under **Startup India, MeitY, DST, MSME, and SIDBI**:

- Strong documentation, business writing, and government portal experience
- Educational Background**:MBA in Finance**, **CA Inter**, or **Investment Banking certification preferred**
- You have not previously worked with **startup grants or incubator-based fundraising**:

- You do not understand how Startup India or government funding schemes operate
- You are only experienced in private equity or venture capital without grants focus

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
