We're building a bold new AI-powered consumer fintech platform at the intersection of conversational commerce, embedded finance, and intelligent automation. The venture is led by a seasoned founder with multiple successful scale-ups and exits across fintech, travel and consumer tech.

We're now looking for a hands-on Engineering Head who can architect and scale the product from scratch. This is an opportunity to co-create from Day 0.

What You'll Do

- Lead architecture, design, and execution of the full-stack platform
- Build seamless AI-native consumer experiences (mobile/web)
- Design agentic workflows to complete actions (search → recommendation → checkout)
- Own integrations with fintech APIs (cards, UPI, payments, rewards, KYC, etc.)
- Use LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, and orchestration frameworks to power decisions
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a lean, high-output engineering team
- Collaborate with the founder on product roadmap, GTM, and fundraising

You Might Be Right If You...

- Have 7–15 years of experience in engineering, including startup exposure
- Are an IIT/NIT/BITS grad or equivalent Tier-1 engineering pedigree
- Have been a founding engineer or early tech leader in a consumer tech company
- Are fluent in Node.js / Python / Golang + frontend (React/Next.js/Flutter)
- Have shipped consumer-facing products that scaled to millions of users
- Are excited by LLMs, agents, RAG, vector search, and prompt-driven architectures
- Obsess over speed, detail, and user experience
- Want to build for India first, with global scale and standards
