Job Title: Startup Funding Coordinator / Government Grants Associate

**Location**: Bengaluru | **Type**: Full-time | **CTC**: ₹4-6 LPA + Incentives
**Reporting To**: Head - Capital Strategy / Founder
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in a startup incubator, grant consulting, or DPIIT-registered startup ecosystem

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a driven and process-oriented **Startup Funding Coordinator / Government Grants Associate** to lead all government grant and non-dilutive capital initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying relevant schemes, preparing proposals, and ensuring successful disbursement of funds from central and state-level startup programs (e.g., SISFS, TIDE 2.0, MSME, DST, etc.).

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Grant Identification & Tracking**:

- Identify relevant central/state government schemes (e.g., Startup India, TIDE, DST, MSME, SIDBI)
- **Proposal Writing & Documentation**:

- Prepare startup pitch decks, DPRs, and financial statements tailored to grant formats
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Liaise with startup incubators, accelerators, government departments, and SIDBI for endorsements and affiliations
- **Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure all reporting, utilization certificates, and compliance documentation are submitted as per scheme guidelines
- Maintain a grant status dashboard and funding tracker
- **Target Ownership**:

- Expected to raise a minimum of **₹20-50 Lakhs** in non-dilutive capital per quarter through eligible schemes
- Support in raising up to ₹1 Cr over 6-12 months through combined grant programs
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Policy, or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience working in or with a **startup incubator, accelerator, or grant consulting firm**:

- Strong writing and documentation skills, especially in proposal and business plan formats
- Familiarity with DPIIT registration, Startup India Portal, and MeitY schemes
- Bonus: Knowledge of basic financial projections or fundraising strategy
