Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers, including retailers (boutiques, gift shops, department stores), corporate clients (for bulk orders, employee gifting), and other relevant channels.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Sales Operations & Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Regional Sales Manager.

Track sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Manage sales expenses and adhere to budget guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
