**Job Description**:

- Accountable for end to end recruitment process encompassing all activities leading to selection. Responsible for documentation prior to joining/ movement including offer rollout and post offer engagement to ensure seamless on boarding to the open vacancy
- Creates new strategies and practices and proactively looks for innovative ideas and ways to improve service management framework and KPI/SLA
- Continuously gather and share market practices and refine the hiring process along with key stakeholders
- Leverages market expertise in distinct and strategic skills to identify develop and acquire best in class talent
- Represent the function in key performance reviews with senior business stakeholders this is not limited to your immediate area of delivery
- Engages and grows passive talent for current and future business demands.
- Utilizes data analysis techniques and technology to predict and influence
- Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles and partner with them to build solutions for diversity equity and inclusion objectives
- Working along with central teams across people functions business functions to deliver on priorities for the organization.
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
