Tradeweb team is looking for a Recruiting Partner to take the lead on the execution of searches across various business units in the US.

Job Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically recruit well-qualified applicants from a wide variety of sources including cold calling, sourcing from various Job Boards, networking, electronic advertising and occasional career fairs.
- Focus on diversifying our sourcing pools.
- Continually supply to the knowledge base of the group, sharing new information about industries, diversity recruitment strategies, and talent pools or profile types.
- Provide full cycle and recruiting support.
- Assist with adhoc projects and requests from the business and Human Resource team.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- in house or agency.
- Proven track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing top talent.
- Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and handling external job boards.
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborating skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
