As a Customer Relationship Executive, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience and identify opportunities for business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, aiming to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or senior management for resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide product recommendations when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to better assist customers and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and company objectives.
- Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to drive product enhancements and process improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
