The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the company’s overall growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure service delivery and ongoing satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking functions when required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with market research and sales strategies.
