
Customer Service Executive

Answer inbound calls from potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our services and salon.
- Understand the needs of the caller and effectively communicate how our salon can meet those needs.
- Schedule appointments and consultations, managing the Salon's calendar efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on any changes in our services or policies.
- Work towards set targets for consultation conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience that fosters patient trust and loyalty.
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service and salon efficiency.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
