**Manager - BI Developer**

**Large Financial Services Client - Investment Management Transformation Program**

We are looking for a BI Developer with financial services experience to help a large investment manager build assets like datasets, reports, and dashboards for internal and external customers across investment management workflows. This person will be part of our global professional services team, which includes domain-led transformation services for wealth and asset management.

**Your Role**

The BI Developer Manager role will lead investment management data transformation and modernization efforts at our clients. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading dashboard design, development, and analytics programs, working with senior stakeholders within the client’s investment management group (across front, middle, and back office), and help ensure reporting and visualization best practices are followed. This person should understand what is required for a comprehensive multi-layer BI Reporting and Dashboard at investment management firm. Some key activities for this role include:

- Defining a client's 'to-be' state, which will involve the design of BI dashboards and visualization tools
- Processing and analyzing client data to draw out specific insights and solutions in areas such as investment strategy, revenue management and pricing, cost reduction, portfolio performance, etc.
- Developing analytics products and tools for our recurring use across investment management workflows
- Designing and building decision support tools for use by client management and staff in central functions, business line leadership and customer-facing teams
- Reviewing clients' existing data, reporting, and analytics tools relative to internally or externally defined standards, and enhancing those solutions to meet internal and external client requirements
- Developing AI / analytics components for inclusion in next generation portfolio management
- Assessing and improving the client's Data Management practices, leveraging the latest technologies and tools
- Assessing data quality policies and practices, identifying gaps in data quality management, and providing recommendations for target state based on industry best practices, frameworks, knowledge
- Leveraging your understanding of investment management (including client prospecting, onboarding, client data analytics, portfolio dashboard construction, investment risk management, investment ESG and sustainability, performance reporting, marketing, sales, etc.) and how BI tooling and development will fit into these activities
- Leading the design and execution of a comprehensive data quality remediation program for various datasets
- Leading the delivery a complex global data management solution using data aggregation, integration, and validation best practices and latest tools and technologies
- Leading the delivery of all engagement deliverables, supporting engagement management (including administrative tasks), providing hands-on engagement delivery and oversight, and managing senior client stakeholders / sponsors
