As we continue to scale and enhance our technology infrastructure, we are seeking a System Administrator / DevOps Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to optimize our cloud-based operations, automate workflows, and ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Maintain and optimize cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
- Automation & CI/CD: Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments, improve efficiency, and reduce downtime.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, monitor system vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Set up monitoring tools, analyze system performance, and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
- Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues, minimizing disruptions to platform operations.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools to manage and automate infrastructure deployments.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Design and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging DevOps technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Engineer in a high-growth tech environment.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and managing production-grade workloads.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting & automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar).
- Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of security best practices, network protocols, and IAM configurations.
- Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, Datadog, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
