We have opening for telesales executive in our heathtech orgnization.

- turbhe ( navi mumbai )
Age - 18 to 40
Job summury
- Probe patients during a telephonic conversation in order to understand their need. Provide a Digital Therapeutics solution to them with a consultative approach and convert the leads.
Requirement
- Tele Sales executive should dial at least 120 calls a day with a minimum 200 mins of talk time.
- Initiate telephonic conversation to understand patient’s requirement, assess the same and sell a relevant Digital Therapeutics solution to the leads provided to them from various online and offline channels like Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, Lab, Doctors, etc (No Cold Calling)
- Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call.
- Following up with the prospects as per their requested time and closing the sales within the sales cycle
Skills required
- Good/ Excellent Communication Skills is a must.
- Fluency in languages other than Hindi and English will be an added benefit but is not mandatory
- Telesales experience of 18 month or more (at one organisation)
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Multiple Languages will be an add on benefit.
- Rotational shifts & Rotational weekoffs
- Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch in a consultative manner
- Should be confident and show empathy and sympathy where ever required on the call.
- Should have good listening skills
**Salary**: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
