Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** **Commercial Excellence**:Sales Support Administrator** As part of Commercial Excellence, you will join us in one of the most dynamic and exciting environments within Align. Inside the Sales Force Excellence (SFE) team, the Sales Support Associate represents the first line of system and process support for our sales teams. Through holistic understanding of both our sales processes and the IT systems that enable them, this role represents a crucial link in the relationship between Sales, SFE and IT. **In this role, you will** Troubleshoot and triage sales support requests whilst collaborating with the broader EMEA SFE team on the continuous improvement of sales processes, system design and CRM setup. Understand our key sales systems and processes, representing the SFE team in communications with both IT and the Sales teams across the EMEA region. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing support inquiries and triage them to the corresponding channels - Collaborating with local and regional commercial teams to provide support - Working with other teams to resolve support inquiries within the SLA - Maintaining and updating ticketing records - Providing support to sales enablement tool end-users - Coordinating activities between IT and commercial excellence as needed Note: The above description is illustrative of tasks and responsibilities.
