Job Title: US Bench Sales Recruiter | Onsite – Gachibowli, Hyderabad Location: Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite from Day 1) We are a growing staffing company supporting top clients across the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Engineering industries. We’re looking for a US Bench Sales Recruiter who is proactive, driven, and experienced in marketing bench candidates and building strong industry relationships. Market bench candidates across Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Engineering domains, especially Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, and Regulatory Engineering roles. Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with top talent across the USA. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments. Minimum 1 year of Bench Sales experience (IT bench sales experience is acceptable). A strong industry network and vendor/client contacts are highly preferred. Prior experience interacting with US clients and candidates is an added advantage.
