We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for_ supporting the sales team by providing administrative and organizational assistance._

What we’ll get you doing:

- Quote Generation, Order Processing, Complete Sales team paperwork related to change orders, product returns, customer credit requests, new account creation forms,
- Ability to follow up with internal and external customers to ensure/confirm on-time delivery of product orders
- Be a liaison between the sales team and support departments throughout the organization

**The essential requirements of the role include**:

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Ability to communicate over telephone with proper etiquette
- Customer Relationship Management
