As we expand into Hyderabad, India, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Branch Administrator to support our operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our new branch.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the office is well-organized, stocked with supplies, and maintains a professional environment.
- **Operational Coordination**- Assist the Branch Manager and team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and local authorities for office maintenance and compliance.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, contracts, and client records.
- **HR and Recruitment Support**- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and ensuring a smooth orientation process.
- Track employee attendance and maintain HR records in compliance with company policies.
- **Financial Administration**- Handle basic bookkeeping, including tracking office expenses, managing petty cash, and processing invoices.
- Coordinate with the finance department for timely submission of financial reports and budgets.
- **Client and Team Assistance**- Manage customer inquiries and ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Provide support to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring their administrative needs are met.
- Organize team events, meetings, and training sessions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
