**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized records and support audits or inspections as needed.
- Identify and assess compliance risks, offering recommendations for mitigation.
- Interpret data and regulatory information to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

- Exceptional analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage large sets of data efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Monday to Friday**: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM (Night Shift)
- **Weekends Off**: Saturday and Sunday
