**Work From Home (Pan India) for E Commerce Process**
**Qualification**: +2 or above
**Shifts**: Rotational, 6 days working
**Salary Package for E Commerce Process **: 1.80 LPA (Fresher) - 2.20 LPA (Experience - Min 1 year on paper)
**Skills Required**: Good spoken English and Hindi, 30 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
**Process** : Voice
**Assets Required for Work From Home (E Commerce Process)** : Laptop/Desktop with windows 10, i3 processor or above, 4 GB RAM, WIFI, power backup.

**Job Description**:

- Taking care of customer queries and answering within given timeline via voice channel.
- Taking care of escalations.
- Maintaining call quality.
- Maintaining Data and sharing with the managers.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
