**JOB OVERVIEW**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, connect, and close potential Clients and new opportunities in your market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing Clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress toward goals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s services and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

**FUNCTIONAL (TECHNICAL / EXPERIENTIAL) SKILLS**:

- Experience of 2 - 4 years with a proven track record in sales and business development.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media will be a PLUS.
- Experience in sales & business development with Real Estate Marketing
- Strong Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: Hadapsar, Pune

Monday-Saturday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm.
