**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and execute **medical camps**, health check-up drives, and awareness programs in nearby communities, schools, and corporates.
- Build relationships with **local organizations, societies, NGOs, and corporates** for partnership opportunities.
- Promote hospital services and specialties to increase patient footfall and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for smooth camp execution.
- Maintain proper records of leads, patient registrations, and feedback from camps.
- Identify new areas and opportunities for outreach marketing.
- Work closely with the hospital’s management team to achieve monthly and quarterly marketing targets.
- Handle digital and offline promotional activities as needed (banners, leaflets, social media posts, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in **hospital marketing, community outreach, or healthcare sales** preferred.
- Good communication, networking, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for camp activities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,287.86 - ₹18,138.49 per month
