**This position reports to**:
R&D Team Lead

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to initiate and drive technology, software, product, and/or solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area. Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development (R&D) for in-depth product or technology-related issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting strategic corporate technology management and future product/software/solution architecture. The work model for the role is: #LI Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Measurement and Analytics Division in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: 1. Manage the entire lifecycle of product - from idea to release. 2. Stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and common understanding. 3. Document business requirements in the form of features, user stories, use cases and/or specifications with the highest possible quality, including acceptance criteria. 4. Collaborate with UX team to conduct customer and stakeholder interviews, elaborate on personas and validate problems.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- 1. Bachelors/Masters degree in science/engineering with 5+ years of professional experience in managing software product Experience in identifying and shaping business needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, prototyping (MVP/POC) and other techniques.
- 2. Experience and knowledge of Agile software development processes ( user story, sprint, epic creation, understanding of estimation and backlog grooming techniques must, TFS tool knowledge is a plus).
- 3. Familiarity or knowledge of modern database technologies and coding languages/frameworks like Angular,.Net and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- 5. Drive UI and UX activities (i.e. mock up creation, journey mapping, wireframe setup).
- 6. Familiarity of PLC’s and SCADA systems.
- 7. Familiarity of Cybersecurity fundamentals.
- 8. Experience in the area of IoT, IIoT, Predictive Maintenance and Asset Performance Management domain.
