**Job title : Inside Sales Executive**
As an Inside Sales Executive at English Sahayaka, you will play a crucial role in our growth by engaging with potential clients and guiding them towards our personalised English training solutions. Fluent proficiency in both Kannada and English is essential for this role. Please note that cold calling is not a part of this job; however, occasional phone follow-ups with potential clients may be required. The primary mode of communication will be through WhatsApp messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients in Kannada and English to understand their language learning needs and preferences.
- Educate clients about our personalised spoken English training programs and the benefits they offer.
- Communicate with clients primarily through WhatsApp messaging, providing information, addressing inquiries, and assisting with enrollment.
- Conduct occasional phone follow-ups to nurture leads and provide additional information when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in Kannada and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
- Comfortable with using technology and WhatsApp for client interactions.
