Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritize training.
- Understand the client's industry and client's business. Understand and breakdown the business problem to be able to create and propose a learning solution
- Conduct discussions with BUs to understand training requirements (mandatory trainings, technical, domain, behavioural training)
- Identify and prioritize organization level training needs and programs in line with organization's strategy and vision.
- Conduct training programs for various audience groups, as and when required.
- Execute roll out of training interventions including timelines, target audience and location.
- Arrange training logistics (with support of Operations Support) and drive delivery of training.
- Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area.
- Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques.
- 1-2 years of experience with strong communication skills and keen to assist people with their learning and development with proven people management skills.
- Self-driven to handle the function independently.
- Designing and supplying a variety of training styles
- Managing budgets and managing people
- Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
- Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
- Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills.
