Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and ambitious Personal Training Sales Executive to join our premium fitness centers in Bangalore. This role is not about training delivery its about selling high-value Personal Training packages and creating an aspirational journey for our members. You will conduct fitness assessments, design the first step of their journey, and hand them over to expert Personal Trainers for execution.

This is a high-impact, sales-driven role where success means helping members transform their fitness while achieving strong business results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion

Engage with members (walk-ins, referrals, trial sessions) to understand their fitness goals.

Conduct structured fitness assessments and body composition analyses.

Present and pitch Personal Training packages confidently, overcoming objections.

Drive monthly PT revenue targets consistently.

Member Experience & Handover

Create personalized recommendations based on assessment results.

Seamlessly handover converted clients to assigned Personal Trainers.

Follow up with clients for satisfaction during the first week of training.

Sales Excellence

Maintain detailed CRM records of prospects, assessments, and conversions.

Report daily/weekly numbers (leads handled, packages sold, conversion %).

Handle high-pressure sales conversations while keeping member trust.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with Fitness Managers and PT teams to align on sales strategies.

Share member insights to improve training offerings.

Key Requirements

Strong communication and presentation skills; polished grooming and confidence.

Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or premium retail.

Basic fitness knowledge (training, nutrition, wellness); certification is a plus.

Ability to conduct fitness assessments (training provided if needed).

Resilience and drive to thrive in a target-driven environment.
